New and recent works on paper by the Afghan-German artist Aatifi will be presented by the Nuremberg Gallery VON & VON at the POSITIONS Berlin Art Fair. The international art fair with more than 80 galleries from 15 countries will be held parallel to Art Week from 14 to 17 September 2017 in the Arena Berlin on the Spree. On 6,500 square metres, over four days, new positions of contemporary and modern art will be on display there.

The Gallery VON & VON had hosted a solo exhibition for the Bielefeld-based painter and graphic artist Aatifi at its headquarters in Nuremberg in the summer. Now, at booth D 12 of POSITIONS, it is showing works by the artist on handmade paper from the new series of works with ink, graphite and metal as well as ink drawings from the 'Osmosis' series from 2016.
